How it works: from advice to service
- Personal advice: A member of staff from your nearest branch calls you back and clarifies your requirements.
- Testing: We present suitable devices at our branches. Alternatively, we come to you with several systems. Testing often reveals additional requirements, which we take into account straight away.
- Trial placement: The selected system stays with you for a trial or is delivered at short notice – so your decision is based on real everyday practice.
- Purchase, rental or leasing: We offer purchase and rental, arrange leasing and advise on funding programmes. On request, we prepare total cost estimates and billing proposals.
- Commissioning: Device instruction, connection to your practice management system if required, and support with the documentation for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV).
- Service: Optional service contract with favourable terms for regular inspections and constancy tests.
Used ultrasound systems, demo systems and replacement probes
We regularly take back devices from leasing or rental, or can offer demo systems at particularly favourable prices. We often have spare parts and replacement probes in stock or can source them through our network.
Technical service for ultrasound systems
From initial advice to regular technical service: DGUV V3 inspections, STK, MTK, maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and repairs. We are a registered medical technology maintenance service, also prequalified for public authorities and institutions, and a qualified service partner of our ultrasound manufacturers.
Whether a small practice or a large hospital: our service technicians work closely with customer service and sales and keep your equipment safe and in good condition. We agree service levels individually according to your requirements.

Ultrasound training with CME points
Our own commitment to continuous learning has given rise to a CME training programme – as an ultrasound refresher, as an introduction to the digital practice or as support when setting up a practice:
- Our own events: 1:1 training, courses with external tutors, (online) seminars and practical workshops.
- Participation in congresses, trade fairs and regional quality circles.
- Practical exercises are led by speakers from hospitals or practices, supported by our ultrasound application specialists.
- For our courses, we usually apply for CME points from the relevant medical association.

About AUROSAN HMT Sonozentren
Our ultrasound division has two roots: AUROSAN's service engineering business and HMT Herrmann Medizintechnik in Radebeul, which was merged with AUROSAN in November 2024 as part of the business succession from Bernd Herrmann to Dr. med. Michael Delfs. With almost 50 years of experience in ultrasound, urodynamics and other medical technology, we know the requirements of practices and hospitals very well.
Through the alliance of AUROSAN, Rösch, HKT and HMT, we support many specialist groups – from AEDs, audiometers, bacteriology, EEG, ECG, catheters, laboratory, microscopes and vision screeners to urofusion. Personal conversation always comes first.

Yes. We regularly offer returns from leasing and rental as well as favourably priced demo systems. We often have spare parts and replacement probes in stock.
